Simplicity is a decision.

Complexity is the default. It creeps in when no one is paying attention. The best version of any software does less than you think it needs to and more than you expected. I cut until it hurts, then cut a bit more.

Technology should serve your life.

Software should give you time, freedom, and joy, not consume it. The best tools are the ones you stop noticing because they work. I build things that earn their place in your day.

Programming is magic.

The first time I wrote and ran a program, I felt like a magician! That feeling never got old. I want more people to find it.
